Our mission is to transform the culture of violence to children by educating, empowering and supporting structures of help to raise their voices and bring about change.
Esther Dankwah Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to the prevention of child abuse and neglect. Through our programs, we strive to create a world where all children are loved, happy and thriving.
Our Core Values
We believe every child holds the potential to be achieve their greatest desire and is our responsibility to ensure that happens.
We believe in the equal value of every human being and their ability to effect change in their communities.
We are accountable to the people we serve; to our donors and partners who support our work and ensure our mission is achieved.
Each individual is unique and belong to a community of people from different ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, socio-economic status, religious beliefs or physical abilities. In this context, we hold every aspect of individuality worthy of respect.
There is a lack of opportunities for street children to obtain a proper education and to prepare them for the future.
We promote the well-being of children, providing information and tools they need to help in their growth.
We undertake fundraising projects for street children to meet their medical needs.
